Bascially, cheerleading is sport that combines a list of skills{some of which r quiet tough} dat one would need 2 prac, prac n prac even harder 4 get the best result!!!!!
Here r some of these skills n elements dat make up a cheerleading routine:
CHEER
Obviously, a cheerleading ta=eam would need 2 hav a cheer 2 entertain da crowd as well as 2 encourage teammates on. These cheer r usually longer than chants n more detailed...
CHANTS
Chants r short, repetitive taglines{usually said 3 time in a row}. These are used 2 motivate da crowd n project positive, enthusiastic messages wit some respones frm da crowd.
DANCE
The cheerleaders often perform a small dance sequnce, usually sharp, punctuated n very synchronised.
TUMBLING
The involves a lot of gymnastics techniques. The basic tumbling moves r chrtwheels, forward roll, bac roll n alot more...
BUILDINGS SKILLS
Buildings skills include stunts n pyramids. One or two-legged stunts can b done or prep or extended level. A combination of stunts produces a pyramid.
JUMPS
Some of da popular jumps by cheer leaders r toe touches, pikes, forward hurdler n a herkies.
MOTIONS
Motions r technically arm formations forming letters as "K", high or low "V", or "punch up" n alot more..
TOSSES
During a stunt, a flyer does a toss in the air. Examples of the tosses r straigth toss n kick twist.
